I used the DVD player for 2 weeks before it would not load a disc.
I called the company and received instructions on how to "reset" the machine.

When this did not work, I called them again, received an RA Number, and shipped the machine back to them on 1/14/08.

I heard nothing from them and called them again on 5/22/08. They told me they would get back to me in a week.

I heard nothing and called them again today. I spoke to "Tom" in India and he spent much time with me, putting me on hold twice while he called others for information.

"Tom" acknowledged that he had read my file containing the above information. He said the DVD players were "on back order" and a replacement would be shipped to me in a month. Since I had read the experiences of others, I told him I did not believe him! He gave me the address of the Warehouse Dept where I could write if I wanted to check further!
