Ref: No response from manufacturer Keeping my my product for the last 6 months.

Dear Manager,
I purchased a product from BUY.COM on 7/24/2007 with
Order #34486766.
SKU 205007960
SpectronIQ Portable DVD Player - 7" LCD Dual Screen, NTSC/PAL, Remote - PDV-768


This DVD player never worked in the car (which it suppose to) when I tried to play.


I contacted manufacturer (Spectroniq) with in the 3 months warranty period ie in one month after I purchased this, and followed the instructions they like me to do. After contacting 2 months by following their time waste procedures, this manufacturer want me to send the product with my expenditure and issued me the RMA number R9009518.

I sent the product immediately and several customer care representatives acknowleged that they received the Product and told me they are going to repair that and send me back in 1 week.

I never received the product back from this manufacturer. For the last 5 months I contacted this manufacturer several times and spoke with 15 representatives. Every time I used to get only one response I have to wait another two weeks to get that back. Everytime I used to spend 45 minutes of time to get the status of my product. I requested several times atleast to send back my defective one. They dont have any response.

I requested several times to send a copy through either email or postal mail. They used to say they dont have the facility to email or postal mail communication.
