On June 28th, 2007 I sent my Spectroniq Dual Screen DVD player in for repairs, the first time they refused my shipment because I didn't write the RMA number on the outside of the box. I attached several stickers to the outside of the box with the RMA number on it and sent it back to them. After a month I called to ask where my DVD player was at and the customer service guy, who is in India I believe, told me that it would ship back to me in 7 days. After 7 days I called them back and was told that they do not have any available to ship to me and it would be 7 more days. I called back 7 days later and was told that they were on order and were expecting them to be in their warehouse in 7 days. I called again, 7 days later and was told that I am on the priority list to get one shipped to me but it would be 7 days before they would get any in. 7 days later, today, September 7th, 2007, I called back and was told by the gyu in India that it would be 7 days until it would be in so that they could ship it to me. They have refused to give me my money back everytime I have called. On the last call I told the guy in India to put a note on the computer that says I am going to file against them in small claims court in Ontario, California if I don't here back from an American on Monday. Nothing against those customer service folks in India, but I want to talk to somebody in California that actually works for Protron.
