SPECTROTEL PHONE SERVICE RIP OFF NEPTUNE New Jersey
My elderly grandparents were suckered in by these wolves, 1St...offering them service at a cheaper rate than their local provider, Although that price soon changed my grandparents paid that ridiculous bill faithfully.
Suddenly they stoped receiving services, it started early mornings my grandmother would attempt making calls in the mornings, unbelievably she would have NO dial tone. So after serval calls and them sending a techi out to "fix" problem
I decided that the service was worth nothing!!!! I explained the situation to the customer service Rep...Name not even needed seeing how the whole company is full of crap. The rep was not at all interested in my complaint or concern for my elderly grandparents needing the phone to work EVERY TIME they pick it up!!!!! Needless to say we switched to a popular service provider.
This company should not be allowed to continue their business practices. SPECTROTEL IS A JOKE, should be Shut Down immediately this is just a legal form to RIP people OFF, i see people have been complaining about them for years! d**n shame!!!!
