Complaint Review: Spectrum Cable

Spectrum Cable Unauthorized charges to my account. Addicting steaming TV without my acceptance and took me almost one hour to speak to representative with no solution. increasing bill amount without authorization. adding services which was not requested. double charging internet service after returning equipment

We disconnect the cable and returned equipment.  Keep billing us after disconnection.  without authorization, added steareming tv to my account.  Spending hours and hours on the phone to resove the issue, but no success.

Spectrum is a bad company, and over charging customers.
