Poor management! They challenge your photos and payments after all work is completed. This company changes prices ever few months. Spectrum does not pay you and if they do they shorten your invoicing.. They tell you they will pay you net 30 however you are lucky to get payments in 60 to 90 days.
No loyalty to contractors. They have changed so much in the past year; I had to do this I needed to send out a comment to warn contractors- to stay away. Unless you want to fight to get paid and when they do pay you they shorten your invoices with new pricing. Spectrum is a falling appart. changed their name and everything went down hill.
According to the web news: They are also being sued by the State of California. Even the employees are sadden by this unscrupulous work place.
