Complaint Review: SPECTRUM FOUNDATION LOTTO

There are checks being made out in Salzer's Records name and being sent to people with a letter and instructions to cash the check of $2,980.00 to assist in finance charges for international clearance fees of $2,820.00. Also stating that said fees should be forwarded to their designated North America Agent.

The letter goes on to state that in doing this I will receive a total of $120,000.00 minus $6,000(5% sponsor's commission). Totaling money to me at $114,000. There is also a bit of a disclamour stating: "In order to avoid double claiming or unwarranted taking advantage of this program by participants and the public, we therefore strongly advise that you keep this award highly confidential as part of our security protocol until your winning has been processed and money remitted to you." Instructions: To commence your claim, contact your agent, DANIEL REED, of ALPHA FINANCIERS at: 405 Spencer Ave, Ste 370 Saskatoon an accredited agency to SPECTRUM FOUNDATION LOTTO at 1-306-880-1785.
