Complaint Review: Spectrum Imaging Center

I I went into this company to have some printing work done for my company I had completed all of the layout and art work  I brought the proofs with me a few minor changes were needed before printing could be done .I was told it would cost me over $1040.00 to do the job I placed a $200.00 deposit  after being pressure by the sales woman to pay all of the printing cost up-front because she explain to me that they have been rip-off before by customers not paying after the job was completed,

when I offer to make payment using my Amex card she decline  stated Amex give them lots of problems with paying.so I made the $200.00 Deposit. After leaving this company I really didnt feel good about the price and felt like this was a rip off why would I need to pay for a print job I have not received; leaving a Deposit I could understand. After leaving this business I decided to shop around and found a second company that was willing to do the job for $700.00 I called Spectrum to let them know I was no longer interested in using there service

They werent happy the sales lady start screaming, and shouting at me, the owner of the business refuse to refund my deposit they pretty much threw me out of the store with no deposit. I now know why they refused Amex because I could have called and stop payment. For anyone reading this posting DONT be fool by the nice ladies working in this place they will say whatever it takes to rip you off Vista print quality is as good or better then these people and you will save a ton of money. YOU ARE WARNED TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY GO TO VISTA PRINT
