I worked for this company for a month and a half. They had a client mission essentials they were preparing Cyber Security training for. The Owner Michael had a lead contractor Tomas I was working for. The contract seemed fishy being I come from a real background of consutling for public and private sector. I agreed to help Tomas with his project. During this engagment the story of the client and background of the work changed various times.
There was tons of miscommunicaiton issues including misleading conversations about mission essentials and the contract. I finished out the month at 65 hours only billing them for 60 hours. Michael lost the contract that he never had with the client and never paid me or possible other individuals in full.
A report has been filed in Texas and California for unpaid wages labor boards . Since Michael seemed to have a ton of non truthful stories it is believed that he has been misleading potential clients in the Autin Texas area using this entity ( an observation) .
