November 15 2017 a payment was processed through an agent and confirmation number given. Payment never appeared on the account. 12-27-17 called the company to find out what happened. A ticket was opened to investigate the payment. Was told no record of the payment could be found. 1-5-18 made payment again since service was disconnected. 1-16-18 called again regarding Nov. Payment another ticket was opened and I was asked to provide proof that the money had been taken out of my account. I emailed front page of my bank statement showing the debit to my account. 1-24-18 called and was told that I had falsified the bank statement. Another ticket was created and I faxed the bank statement. 1-31-18 I was told that a refund was being processed and I should have a refund to my account in 3 to 5 business days expect it 2-3/4-18. Called on 2-7-18. Told again payment was processed on 1-29-18 and to give it a few more days. Call on 2-9-18. On 2-9-18 I was told several different stories... Could not find any refund information, no refund was due, and that a refund was processed but they could not give out any details . Asked to speak to the supervisor of the supervisor I was speaking to. This person was to provide me confirmation that the refund was processed and a date that I could expect it in my account. They called back during the agreed timeframe and said they didn't have the information yet and would call back on Monday 2-12-18. This has been the most frustrating experience ever dealing with a payment situation. I am at my wits end. I paid the bill on time and have only gotten a run around. I want my $69.99 back
