Spectrum Time Warner Makes promises they can not keep, Poor CS, Outages and CS did not know about the issues and billing Zanesville Ohio

1) we had Spectrum install service and it was to be 1-hour service, That never happened so they did not keep there agreed timeline.

2) Spectrum does not want to give you a year locked in a contract because it gives them the right to raise your service monthly (nickel and dime) and when the year is up then they hit you with a 20 % increase and that when it starts.

3) CS has no idea when their system goes down nor do they want to make the effort to find out. Instead, they want to blame it on everything else except there system. You spend 45 mins to advise them and they do not want to take the call of no service.

4) You call to cancel service and the CS wants reason and you advise then she gets upset because you told her. Then gives you incorrect information on were to return equipment in another state 150 miles from my address.

5) the name has changed but same old screwed up service. You see the adds and laugh at the total lies they are saying on TV.

I will never use Spectrum again. I used them in the past and I thought they had changed. Ya right. I hate to say it but I would rather deal with ATT which I thought was the worse.
