This is an Internet Service Provider that advertises internet speeds at with they deliver a very small fraction of consistently, while if you try to complain or find resolution, your request will be trashed and the next time you call in to complain (and yes there will be a next time, unless smarten up and cancel immediately), you will be starting from scratch. 

The company is also pretty dishonorable when ending your services as well, I will telll you this, unless you have whatever they are saying on paper and recorded, do not believe them, they will go back on their word the second you are out the door. For example, I went in to return my equipment and formally end my services, the company then told me everything was taken care of, I hand no more bills and they would remove my last months bill due to the amount of issues I had. Afterwards, I believe this is all over and I never have to speek with anyone from this company again (you can bet I was pretty happy about that), I get a bill.... but now with late fees.
