I took my BMW 328i there to get a oil change, BAD IDEAL. The guy that changed my oil filter was Josh. I guess he is the manager there. Anyway I paid $106.32 for the poor service that cause my vanos solenoids to go bad. Josh put a after market filter in my car and broke my oil filter cap. All of that cause my car to loose oil pressure and check engine light come on. I took my car to BMW dealership to get it looked at. I was told all my problems is oil pressure lost due to broken oil filter cap with a $1100 fix. I have all paperwork to prove.

Anyway I call speedee oil and ask for manager which was Josh. I explained what was going on. I was told he have to talk to DM. BMW dealership even talk to him and told him the same thing. The company refused to pay the bill. Now I out of the money I spent to get oil change and have a $1100 bill. I am working on taking company to court about it, but who knows how long that's going to take.

All I did was take my car for a oil change and paid for it. I’m not wrong for that. When check engine light came on I took it to the BMW dealership. I was told it came from whoever did my oil change didn’t put the oil filter piece in correctly. How am I suppose to know that. That’s the whole reason I take it to a Mechcanic.

The engine damage was caused by you continuing to operate the vehicle with low oil pressure. You are guilty of operator negligence.
