I purchased speedmaxpc and was directed to a phone number to activate my software, little to my knowledge at the time I was being directed to Qresolve (they don't tell you that when they answer the phone). From there things only went downhill.

I was taken for $440.05 by them being pushy to protect 3 computers in my home/business because according to them I have over 1000 issues with my computer. They have not fixed my first problem and it's been 4 months. They go into your computer and just play around for hours on end and do absolutly nothing to fix the issue. They were on my pc for at least 12hrs (one session) and no results. Another time they only reset my computer to the day of the issue??? How does this fix the problem??

I have been trying to contact a manager for 2 days straight because I am very unhappy with how they pretend to do work, they are not doing any work and when I ask them any questions about what they are doing they will not give me an answer they ignore my question.and no one will transfer me to a manager,I am told someone will contact me I have to wait about 5 days for them to call back (not acceptable). yet they keep trying to access my pc even though I repeatidly say No!  They have done enough damage already.

I feel as though these people are not qualified technicians and demand a refund.

I have sent an email to qresolve and also one to safecart.com about this business demanding a refund because calling qresolve hasn't gotten me to talk to anyone yet . Until yesterday I didn't know the company is in India, now I have read there are a lot of people being scammed by qresovle aswell. It's hard to investigate into a company when you are completely unaware you are dealing with that company.

This company is  false advertising/bait&switch & fraud,  the only words to describe Qresolve.com.

I have contacted both qresolve and safecart with this issue hoping someone will protect me from being victimized even more than I already am.

Well after being very persistant and fighting for my refund, I have now received a full refund and will never have anything to do with Qresolve again.

Their customer service is an absolute nightmare and there services are questionable to say the least.

glad to be rid of that headache.

Still fighting!

Well here I am still fighting to get my refund. April 2nd was told would get a refund quaranteed in 7 business days and I would also receive a confirmation email of the refund, now 11 days later no sign of my refund or my confirmation!!!

I have called my credit card company and we have done a conference call to Qresolve and they have the nerve to lie to my credit card company telling them it has been refunded. My credit card company tells them it has not been refunded and that there are no pending transactions.

I am sick to death of the lies that this company is telling.

I am currently calling Qresolve every single day and I will continue to do so until they refund my money!!!

Resolution I Guess....

After not hearing back from either Qresolve in the promised amount of time or safecart, I called Qresolve back and finally spoke to someone after going through the run around for half an hour with a supervisor. I was put on hold finally to speak to someone in the "Escalations Department". Well first they would not give any type of refund but I refused to take that for an answer. Somehow I am stuck paying for a full year on one computer in order to receive a partial refund which isn't even the amount I was originally charged.
