Complaint Review: Speedway Auto Group

Speedway Auto Group Ripoff Did not supply me with the second key & auto door lock. Stated they would mail with my title app Warrensburg Missouri

I purchased a 2002 Lincoln LS on 02/11/2006. They stated they did not have the second key & door lock from the previous owner but, would get it and mail to me along with the title application.

I received the title application in a few days but, not the key and door lock. I called them and they said the salesman that I purchased it from was no longer with them, but thet would check into it.

After a few days, not hearing anything from them, I called again and they stated they were unable to locate the other key and lock.

I went to the agency in a few days and a Jason Spiek stated he would check with the previous owner regarding the items. He did not return my call and I called him in a few days and he stated the previous owner did not have the items.

He stated there was nothing thet could do about this.

I feel they should provide me with a key & door lock. I checked with a ford dealer and was told new ones would cost approximately $100.00.

I would appreciate any assistance I could receive on this situation.
