Speedy Electric Inc. of myrtle beach sc is owned and operated by Gary F. Fette, he low bids electricial construction jobs then uses poorly trained or unskilled help to do the work. The following General contractors can attest to incomplete work, double and tripple billing, type of and character of personel, billing for work not done. Chazler Construction of TN., Davaco of Dallas TX., Tri-north builders inc.,Western Commercial Construction, Ryan C. Hill Senior Regional Construction manager of Walgreens. Gary F. Fette refused to provide or buy proper wire pulling equipment for a Ann Taylor loft and directed Wayne Dove a " experienced " electricial forman to use a rented jlg sissors lift to pull in new service conductors, thru 6, 2 1/2 pvc 90's. As a result the wire pulled the sissors lift over crushing and breaking the legs of Roger Bell, who is now home going thru painful rehab, and who will never again work in the construction field. The only trade and craft he knows.Gary F. Fette is not a electrician, he bought the company and has never worked in the field as a electrician. Futher he falsified state and federal documents to aquire the necessay lincensing for SC,NC and GA, by swearing to and attesting to that he had worked in the field and at Speedy Electric for 2 years before purchasing the company.

Reigel the author of this report was terminated as a project foreman on July 15,2008 by Speedy Electric for stealing wire and materials from job sites,using company gas cards for personal use,stealing tools from fellow employees and creating unsafe working conditions on project job sites which where his responsibility as a project foreman.It was under Reigel's supervision that one of our employees was seriosly hurt in a construction accident (the first ever for our company) because he did not follow approved safety policies and did not use the proper company issued equipment.
Reigel is now under indictment by SC State and Horry County SC prosecutors for endangering the life of fellow workers,theft of company records and defamation of our company name.There are numerous warrants outstanding for his arrest including the SC Dept.of Social Services for unpaid child support and failure to appear for court appearances.A restraining order has been issued against Reigel for allegations made against Speedy Electric and myself.Unbeknownst to us at the time of hiring, Reigel has an extensive criminal backround,alias',and is a known associate of outlaw motorcycle gangs.His posting on this site is an obvious attempt to faint his responsibility for his actions as we are vigorously prosecuting him for the theft of company property and the accusations he has made against our good name.

Compaints have been filed with the Labor Board in Florence, South Carolina. Former employees are also filing a class action suit against Gary F. Fette of Speedy electric for unpaid back wages, unpaid over time, and illegal unauthorized payroll deductions.Also complaints have been filed with the South Carolina state labor board, Gary F. Fette did inform myself and other employess he would no longer pay over time, anyone who worked past 8 hours would be paid at straight time rates.Gary F. Fette of Speedy electric filed in court a restraining order against myself for " excessive harassing by phone, e-mail phone calls to past and present employees, clients and suppliers " in an attempt to silence me, Judge Patterson in open court did inform me as long as my statements are true I can write and say it. This site is being closely monitored by Gary F. Fette and his current employees. Neither myself nor this case is going to go away. Gary F. Fette of Speedy electric has falsely accused me of taking company materials and tools in an attempt to discredit me, Gary F. Fette has falsely accused me of using his business electrical license to do " side jobs " I am sending the official complaint filed by Gary F. Fette of Speedy electric to the owner of this site and ask that it be posted.
