speedy lube I went to speedy lube in April and they claimed to have done oil change and topped all fluids. however in early July the car cut off and wouldn't start towed it back and no antifreeze in it they wanted to do an engine flush and of course they didn't check fluids had to physically make them do it in front of me after they claimed they did it already philadelphia Pennsylvania
Took it in April they didn't do oil change or top fluids off Didn't check antifreeze so early July it cuts off. Engine is messed up Towed it back they said they would correct the issue by doing another oil change and top all fluids big joke They didn't we didn't pull off until we made them do it in front of us Guy writes on paperwork that I drove it without antifreeze and messed up engine but not true. My car has been in tip top shape for all these years. They didn't top the antifreeze or checked it like they said. Took it there to have work done they didn't do and lied and I'm paying the price of it Engine is messed up but not because of me

How many times did you check the fluid levels between April and July? Why did you ignore the high temperature warnings?
