Complaint Review: Speedy Oil Change

Brought my vehicle to have the oil and oil filter changed. As I peered out the window from inside the waiting are, I could see the tech. pouring what looked like oil into my vehicle from a blue container. When he was finished he came in to the waiting area and said I needed a PVC valve change in addition to my oil change. (My vehicle does not have a pvc valve). I advised him I woiuld have a mechanic look into it for me. I then asked what brand of oil he used on my vehicle and he said Super Tech Oil. I asked why wasn't Chevron oil used in my vehicle and the the manager got involved and said the truck that delivers oil is late. I got home and noticed that the oil filter was a petex oil filter not a Mobil oil filter as shown on my receipt.
I paid for an oil change using Chevron oil and a Mobil oil filter and got a substandard replacement. Make me wonder how many people pay for a premium service and don't receive it.
