Complaint Review: SPEELER MARINE CONSTRUCTION

BRUCE MALECOT is truly one LOW LIFE DEUCE BAG - THIEF - who ripped off a homeowner for $750.00 on a deposit given to him to remove andv re-install a NEW DOCK. This piece of s**+ * , took the deposit , cashed the check and finall;y called the homeowner to TELL the HOMEOWNER he was "NOT" coming back to the residency to START THE JOB, because he was SHUTTINGB DOWN the Business.

It was LATER found out during our investigation, that this piece of CRAP - LOWLIFE " THIEF " would NOT return the DEPOSIT, claiming he had to use the vmoney to " PAYOFF" his employees for money he OSWED THEM. This LOW LIFE THIEF told the HOMEOWNER he had NO INTENTIONS of starting the job. In my WORLD, it is CALLED " THEFT and GRAND LARCENY ".

During the investigation, it was determined that this LOW LIFE - THIEF - walked away with the $750.00 DEPOSIT , then when pressured to RETURN the MONEY, stated he had his " BROTHER " bought the company from him,   On October 1st, 2010 the initial deposit was " CASHED " by Malecot into another bank account. It wasn't until October 7, 2010 that Bruce Malecot then indicxated he was shutting the company down and was " not going to build the dock. Our investigation soon found out that this LOW LIFE THIEF, had to use this money to payoff his employees first. According to our investigation, he could not pull any NEW PERMITS, because he had NOM INSURANCE.

On 10/11/10 BRUCE MALECOTT - hereby known as a LOW LIFE THIEF offered to refer thev job to a friend of his who was in the same business. It was later determined that the client did meet with this NEW company, but it was determined that he would not have the work done by the NEW company for NUMEROUS reasons. Bruce later shows up at the home of the party who gave him the deposit trying to convince the homeowner to do the job.

According to supporting documentation the parties were asked to leave the premises and it was determined that the homeowner continued to call BRUCE MALECOT  but the " THIEF ", THE LOW LIFE BUM never picked up the Phone nor return the calls, nor respond to messages left on the phone. This SCUMBA* ios a THIEF clear and simple.

What this THIEF doers not know is, that he is going not only to CIVIL TRIAL, but 60 days " after " a JUDGMENT is obtained, CRIMINAL CHARGES will be brought into this case. This will become a CRIMINAL matter, and can not be discharged in any BANKRUPTCY. This LOW LIFE with be CHARGED with GRAND THEFT. My hopes are that this THIEF goes to JAIL.

It is understood by our invesigations team that letters have been sent to the following State and Local Authorities. It is the contention that with numerous State and Local Authorities involved, this LOW LIFE, THIEF will be charged for GRAND THEFT. It is our contention that the following State & Local Authorities should put this THIEF in JAIL where he belongs...
