Spencer Pfleiderer Spence Spencer Pfleiderer is President and CEO of Central Care Mission. He thinks he's God. He a narcassitic, egotistical maniac. He talks about helping people but if you disagree with him in anyway he will throw you out in the street. It's terrible. He works people in recovery 60-80 hours a week with less than 30 days of recovery time from drugs and alcohol. Almost the entire staff at Central Care Mission is in the program as well and Spence Pfleiderer abuses them. The Mission is a great place!!! Spence Pfleiderer is a narcissistic, egotistical maniac and might want to consider taking medication. He's over the top controlling. If you don't agree with something he says you are out on the street. He brings people in to help them but if you disagree with anything he says then you're right back where you started.........Mr. Pfleiderer works people that are recovering from drug and alcohol abuse 60-80 hours per week. In return they get $200 a month, a place to live and food to eat. I'm in recovery and I couldn't handle doing that so it's no wonder these people relapse and use drugs and alcohol again. What does Mr. Pfleiderer do after working them to death and they relapse?? He kicks them out. That's not what Christ would do, not what God would do. He talks alot about being Christlike, but his actions show that he's not. Maybe if he got his head out of his a** and woke up he would get somewhere.
