SPEX AKA Dan Schommer, Schommer Petroleum Equipment Exchange Scam Alert. Used Gas Station Equipment Con Man. Ponsi. Plano Texas
On May 15' 2013 wepurchaeed a complete Veeder Root TLS-350 alarm console and (3) 8' probes with float kits. The probes that are valued over $2,000.00 never showed up. We have asked numerous times for tracking numbers on the freight as Owner of SPEX, Dan Schommer assured us over and over that the equipment had been shipped. He has never provided tracking numbers for the items and finally offered a refund for less than the purchase price and/or replacement value. However, the refund time frame has come and gone with no product and no refund. He has been reported to the Plano Police Department and there is an ongoing investigation with our company and others we have heard of being involved in this fraud by Schommer. He carries no product and is a lazy middle man with no business resources. Dan Schommer has basically taken our money and not delivered the product or refund. He is a thief and a liar. If you come across this person in any capacity do not give him your money. You will surely be sorry.

This post is from Dennis York, he received his equipment and was given the tracking numbers. Part of the order was delayed and a refund check was sent out to Mr. York but he returned it to us. Dennis York ran his company, York Construction, into the the ground years ago, and left owing people thousands of dollars, he denies ever owning the company now and has changed the name of his company. Mr. York is a crook, a liar and a vulgar and offensive person, and is not to be trusted. If you have ever done business with him you know exactly what I am talking about.
