SPICY BAGS.COM don't trust this company to order. I ordered a $145.00 Channel handbag and the handle fell off after two months of ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF! NATIONWIDE CALIFORNIA

I am writing to tell you about an internet company spicybags.com I ordered a Channel handbag $145.00 and the handle fell off after only two months of owning the bag. I contacted the company explaining my situation and they were very rude saying to bad I had to contact them within three days of my purchase.

I asked that they replace my bag at that time I wasn't looking for a refund. I requested several times to be put in contact with the customer service manager and explained that I am also a customer servive represenative for a boat company. No one ever would email me to a manager. I was told that I would not be able to exchange and was refered to their return policies.

I highlighted some key words used in their description :

We offer a return policy for store credit or refund due to product defects, delivery mistake or no satisfaction. Every replica bag we carry, regardless of the designer is the finest quality replica available. We literally scour the planet, and we will not sell anything less than perfect! The stitching is perfect, the markings are all correct and the craftsmanship is absolutely superb

If this information is true then why did my bag fall apart?? All I was asking was an exchange. I believe this is a lot of money to spend on something that falls apart after 60 days of use. I am very didsatisfied and recommend that no one order from this website.
