Spicybags.com a replica coach wallet that I ordered from them ripped,they won't replace it brcause they say only 1 replacement is allowed. The 1st replacement was because they sent me the wrong wallet,California Internet

I ordered a replica coach wallet from spicybags.com. First they send me the wrong wallet (which was filthy!) They sent the correct one (the one I now own) which is now ripping on the seam (after only 1 month)behind the credit card slots. I contacted them for a replacement and their reply was "sorry only one replacement is allowed" this was not a replacement it was a correction on their error. So they do owe me a replacement wallet.
