Spicybags.com Ripped off for $178-they got my money and I got nothing!! Rego Park, New York

On March 20,2008 I purchased a high quality "coach" replica handbag. What I received was a very "poor quality" handbag. It was missing stitches, the lining was ripped, the over all bag was in poor condition. I knew it was not an original, however for $178 I somehow expected something better than what I received. I e-mailed the site requesting to return the bag. Received a response stating the would give a "credit". I declined asking to return the bag and get a refund.

On 3/26/08 finally received a response on how to return the handbad. It was return via the United States Postal Service. The post-office delivered as per the tracking information. As of yet I have had no refund, the site is down and it's though they have completely disappeared.

I have also sent e-mails to the New York State Attorney General's office, New Yorks BBB, and Coach Handbags.

Bottom line, they got my money and their bag, while I learned a very hard lesson.
