Complaint Review: Spicylingerie

On 09/17/04 I was pleased that i had finally found a halloween costume for a good price and free shipping. It was amazing that it was so easy to buy and so affordable. Yeah Right you all know that saying " Its too good to be true!!!" 1 Week later i still hadent recieved my costume but the comapny had already charged my credit card for it. I started to get worried, so i decided to make a phone call to the company to get a status on my order then surprise, surprise!

The phone # was disconnected and or it rang and there was no way of leaving a voice mail! so there was no way of communicating with the people that had your credit card info. and personal information. Due to fact that this so called dependable company had ripped me off i had to go through all the trouble and hassle of closing my account and making sure that in the future this nightmare wouldnt happen again!

These people shouldnt even be allowed to sell or advertise on the internet nevertheless be able to access anyone's personal information and account #'s. This has gone far enough and i would like to see some reprecautions taken by anybody that can help! Please advise.
