I order two items totaling a little over $100 and paid an extra $20 for "express" shipping LAST MONTH. As soon as I ordered, they sent me a confirmation email with an order number and link to check on status.

Since then, there has been no status update. It's just blank next to the word status, there is no indication that the order has been processed or shipped. I've emailed them several times and have gotten 1 response from someone named Lauren which said my order is being processed. APPARENTLY NOT!

I've sent 3 request to cancel my order by email since that is the only form of communication this "company" has. I am waiting on a confirmation that my order has been cancelled.

I'll be sure I read these reports before I ever shop online again. BUYERS BEWARE OF SPICYLINGERIE.COM. They stole my money, will not communicate with me, and have not delivered my items.

Do not trust website: customer service is not friendly or efficient and the live chat does not work!!!

They just sent me an email that reads:

"Thank you for contacting us at Spicylingerie.com. My name is Lauren and I'll be happy to assist you today.

Those items are available at the moment; however the availability of the items is very unstable, so we cannot guarantee any specific availability. Standard processing times apply for all orders. We apologize for the inconvenience."

WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN????
