I ordered a gift for my friend's birthday and never recieved theh package. When I tried ot contact the company I could not get a hold of them by phone or by emial. I lost money and am very displeased. However I recieved a phone number on my credit card billing statement. 626-905-5081 When th evoice mail answered it sounded like the girl on the message box for teh customer service. This has to stop.
