Purchased a Gift card for Christmas 2010. Purchased and made a return; they did give me another gift card. Made another purchase and return. However, this second time of returning they would not give me my money back. After calling about eight times in three months asking for my money back, filing a BBB complaint they told me that the company is filing bankruptcy and will not be giving anymore money back for gift cards issued after June. Be Careful not to order gift cards from SPiegel.com or their affliation Newport-news.com clothing store or you may not get your money back. WARNING
