Spin Office Solutions, Inc. Randi Salter Office Supplies the price of GOLD?! Spin Office Solutions = SCAM! Paducah, Kentucky
A woman called me by name, stating that the owner of the company I work for knew her and referred her to me. Since she knew both of our names, I fell for it. She said that she and her father owned Spin Office Solutions, and that he was selling out to her; since she lives in Kentucky, and the cost to relocate the supplies from here to Kentucky would be prohibitive, she was "giving away the stuff for pennies on the dollar."
She quoted me prices that I wrote down and still have in my "little black book." The prices were great, and while I didn't have any reason not to trust what she said, something just didn't "feel" right. I asked for her number, and she stated a similar line I saw someone else post on here - that she was canceling the number because they were about to move.
The number she gave me has not been answered a single time, and I've called no less than 5 times. It goes to voice mail and states that all of their "customer service" reps "are busy; please leave a detailed message." Of course, now that no one has returned my multiple calls, I started looking for them on the internet and found the RipOff reports instead.
I received several items, but the priciest of the items haven't arrived yet. The terms on the packing slip state 11% 10 Days/Net 30. Since I haven't received the invoice yet, and it's outside the 10-day window, I imagine they're going to expect us to pay the full price. HOWEVER, I can assure you that they will have to drive over here to pick up all of their items way before I'll consider paying them a single red penny, let alone some outrageous $6,000+ bill like others have stated.
