I placed an order for 1 "Guitar Idol" electronic toy. I was supposed to get a second one free. Instead they charged me for 2 and doubled the shipping costs.
I sent several messages to them through their website that were completely ignored (even though after each message I got a pop-up that said someone would contact me soon) asking them to correct the order or cancel it. They shipped the product anyway and charged me even more than my original inflated invoice!
I finally called the company and "Desiree" said all I can do is refuse the package and they will credit my account. Uh-huh, like I believe that.
