I purchased airline tickets from Spirit airlines. In the process I have received a promotional offer from Great Fun to receive two $50 rebate checks for trying their services. It was suppose to cost me $1 for the first month and then $16.99 for each month after that if I chose not to cancel after the promotional period. I have cancelled before the promotional period ended with Great Fun, to which I have subscribed. That was all in June 2014. All of the sudden I started to see charges for $16.99 on my Bank of America / Spirit airlines card From TLG Shopper Advantage. I called to inquire only to learn from TLG that a third party, namely Spirit airlines signed me up with them without informing me about doing so. Spirit airlines should be prosecuted for fraud and never be trusted as an airline for cooperating with scammers/frauds. Spirit is putting their already crappy reputation down the drain. And of course trying to speak to a human customer rep from Spirit is totally impossible!!! Great job Spirit!
