Spirit Airlines Membership to my deceased wife, come on, get real! Remove money from credit card w/o authorize Miramar, Florida

Joined Spirit Airlines bogus "Free Spirit" program, not knowing that Spirit Air would continue to remove funds from my credit card account(not only per annum,but three unauthorized charges in three consecutive months. Trying to reach their customer service department by phone is nearly impossible, by the time you get through the touchtone menu and speak to an actual person, just to hear them tell me that that is the way they do it and should would not help me. My credit card company was just as helpless as Spirit! Terrible, terrible customer service!
