MAFIA - MOB - FILTHY tray tables, FILTHY seat backs - I have been asked several times if Spirit Airlines is run by the MOB or the Mafia.
If they aren't their executives are making money with hidden fees and baggage charges all the while flying a plane with EMPTY overhead bins.
You will not talk with an agent who speaks intelligible English.
Plan to spend at least four hours trying to reach a line agent.
We travel the world and have NEVER, EVER had such a horrible experience in what should be an exhilarating happening.
