Spirit Halloween Refund policy rip off! Medford Oregon
I purchased a costume wig for my daughter on 10/21. The employees would not let me open the wig package prior to buying it and NEVER said a word about their refund policy. We opened the package and the wig hairs were falling out, strings hanging and it was not usable at all. We returned to the store however, they REFUSED to even discuss it with us due to their no refund after 10/17 policy. I could exchange it for another unseen wig or possibly something else. If they'd had told me the policy I would have walked out prior to wasting my money.
