The facts:
-13 October 2007 - I ordered a costume.
-15 October 2007 - I cancelled order.
-16 October 2007 - Order was sent anyway (24-hours after I cancelled).
-17 October 2007 - FedEx delivered item and I refused the order.
-17 October 2007 - Despite knowing I had (1) cancelled the order, (2) refused the order, and (3) FedEx had the item in its possession and notified them it was being returned, they fraudulently charged the card anyway.
-21 October 2007 - I requested a refund for the third time. They stated they had received the returned item, but had not credited my account.
-22 October 2007 - I called again; they had still not issued the credit. I called my financial institution and made a complaint and disputed the transaction.
-To date Mastercard is investigating and Spirit Halloween has made no attempt to issue a credit.
