Complaint Review: Spirit Incentives

We just want to add our negative experience with Spirit Incentives to those already on your Website--and to thank you for this resource.

While on vacation, we were lured in by a telephone call promising a free trip if we listened to a presentation about "a new kind of travel club--not a timeshare."

We went through the same grueling presentation your other reporters described at a Spirit office in Gulf Shores, AL.

We sent in a $100 deposit and chose 3 dates for a trip to Las Vegas. We waited. We called. We emailed.

This began in February, 2004. It is now August, and we just got a response saying our first travel date is not available. . . but we also got a check, refunding our $100!

Having just read the six experiences others have had with Spirit, I am cashing the check immediately and considering myself lucky!
