Spirit Incentives, Silver Leaf Resorts, Inc. Did Not Provide Promised Vacation Plan Irving, Texas
My wife and I went to a "presentation", qualified for and chose a modest vacation package. We paid deposits and reservation fees as instructed. We chose a specific number of nights and days for our stay. When it came time to finally secure our stay, this company cut our reservation time in HALF and has NOT replied to inquiries to correct their error(s). Now, we have to settle for the lesser vacation or otherwise forfeit our fees AND vacation!!

Sliver Leaf talks the talk but has never walk the walk. All they want is your hard earned money and will say and promise you anything! So please do not let go of your money or you will find yourself out of your money and on this page too.
Read and ask all the questions and most importantly...get it down on writing and get the name and title of the persons who you deal with. Keep accurate records.
They scammed me by giving me one ONE day and ONE night in Las Vegas. And they barely did that because I threaten them with a Law suit. Spoke with the manager "Jermain Clifford and their speicalist "Tammy" but nothing ever became of it.
You have heard the old saying...BUYER BEWARE. Please check their review and also the travel agency thaat they used because they too will deny everything and will send you to where you choose to but late in the evenings and return back very early in the mornings. So you only real stay for one night and one day. WORTHLES.....go elsewhere or lose your money and DON NOT CRY ABOUT IT because YOU have been warned!
