I wish I could slander the company that was behind this but I can not remember their name. Spirit incentive is the company they hired to rip me off. I read the terms and conditions. I am familiar with the fraud laws and their statutes of limitations. The way that their contract is set up. The fraud statute of limitations will run out before you realize that you are not going to get your vacation. That is why they have you select the date so far apart. So, that you forget about it all together or a year later when you realize you never got your vacation, noone can help you. The good news if you are reading this a month after you put a deposit down you can simply call your credit card and dispute the charges or accuse the company of fraud if you feel that defrauded by the other reviews. I have bought something on websites for $3.00 and the some where in fine print they had an agreement to charge my credit card everymonth $39.00. Even though I agreed to the terms and conditions it is still fraud because they were not up front about the charges. Spirit Incentives not giving you your promised vacation package is fraud. It was fraud from the moment you sat through the time share and didn't get it. I knew it wasn't a reputable company because instead of giving a vacation package so I could check out their product for free they are shady about it and charging money for a coupon. If yous pent the $8,000 grand on the package you can dispute that too. Terms and conditions don't matter if they violate the law.
