Hi, I have emailed, called, left voicemails, texts to this company and still have not received a delivery date for my household goods.

My goods were picked up in Chicago on 6/23, with a delivery date of 6/29. This company has not been transparent or honest about my delivery. I have called every day to beg for a status or delivery date. They simply say it’s on dispatch to provide an update. I am not allowed to speak with dispatch. I have talked with Deanna, Tiffany and Karen and none of these ladies can provide solid information.

My frustration with this company grows every day. I have paid them thousands of dollars and I have no idea of where my life belongings are or when they will be delivered to me. I have never been treated so poorly by a company.

I travel frequently for work and now I am stuck waiting every day for this company to hopefully provide me an update on my delivery. This is ridiculous right? At minimum, someone should say we are sorry we couldn’t deliver on 6/29 as agreed upon but we will delivery on x date. Is this too much to ask for after paying this company thousands of dollars?
