Spiritual Imports Took my payment but never delivered what I ordered Internet

 I placed an order on Spiritual Imports website on September 13, 2013 and stil have not recieved my order.  My credit card was charged the same day as my order.  There is not a customer service phone number, just an email.  On their site it states "We offer customer service by email during normal business hours Monday to Friday. We often answer emails outside of normal business hours since we tend to operate around the clock as business demands. Sorry we do not offer customer service by phone." 

I have sent numerous emails at all times of the day which included my order number, the date I ordered, my phone number and email.  I have yet to receive any kind of response.  They still have my money and I am still without my order.  Now I know why they don't have a customer service phone number, if they treat everyone they way they treat me then they would be getting calls all the time.

I went as far as to call the phone number that showed up on my credit card statement and it is just a recording.  I did leave a message hoping that someone would realize there has been a mistake and get back with me.  Of course they didn't.
