SPK*SPOKEO 1-800-699-4264 this is the phone # for the bank account thieves!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIS SITE, NOR SIGNED UP FOR THIS, AND STILL SOME HOW THEY GOT IN MY ACCOUNT! Pasadena California

I have never used or been to this website and they still somehow got my account info and stole money for 2 months now!  I demand my money back! This just shows how the internet helps theives!

Dear Biz Shark,

Can you please explain to me why 99% of the feedback I've read about your company has been negative ?  Every review that I've read basically says, "my card was charged & I never signed up for this site".  I've also seen on serveral reviews that another company called Spokeo piggy backs on this scam & has there own separate charge.  My Debit card was not stolen or lost & I NEVER used/signed up for your site, but yet I was charged.  I recently spoke to someone at Biz Shark & was told that they could not cancel my account because the email address you had was different than my real one.  Even though you had my last 4 digits of my account # & my name.  So you mean to tell me that you refuse to cancel my account because of the only thing that could be made up ?  You had my account #, and name - those can't change & go hand in hand, but a email addy ?? Come on !!! - Then when I told your agent that I would cancel my debit card he said " NO, you don't have to do that , we can take care of this, just have your bank call us.  REALLY ???? How come you don't have a more secure payment site ?  Especially if these FAKE charges constantley pop up ??   ANY LEGITIMATE  Business would not put up with thesee problems for a day,  You are praying on people who don't check there checking account statements.  I will be filling a complaint with the Attorney General, & I will be aggressive on social media.  I look forward to your response, & please be accurate.

We are very sorry that you have been inconvenienced and are aware of the potential dangers at stake when processing online credit and debit transactions.

At Spokeo, we make sure that unauthorized payment submissions are minimized by employing a multi-step payment process. To prevent unauthorized subscribers, customers are required to enter their personal email address (which serves as the customer's login) and select the appropriate subscription package (3-month, 6-month, and 12-month). Lastly, the customer is asked to enter their credit information, including the 3-digit CVS code (only the cardholder has this information) and check a box indicating that they are aware of our terms, subscription costs and plan specifications. As we do require the CVS code, unauthorized charges generally can only be possible if the card has been physically stolen.
