If you purchased any jewelry from Tim the Syrian RIP OFF. Go get your gems appraised. We just got ripped off the gems were fake, . The ruby ring for over $2000 was not real. The diamond ring he tried to sell for $3000 was only worth around $100 by a professional appraiser. TIm had such passion educating us about his quality gems. I have been a customer of SPLENDOR for over 3 years and have bought many items from Tim. I have never had a bad experience, never been overcharged,never bought a fake item, never had a repair that Tim did not fix to perfection.
I believe the person that filed this complaint was a part time contract computer worker (that I met) that Tim hired and later fired, and subsequently, in somewhat bitter. I do not know of any person that bought gems from Tim to later say they were not real, or overpriced. I recently sold some of my gold trinkets, and I obtained offers from 4 jewellry stores. Tims offer was the highest.
I find it unusual that a bitter person can post a complaint of this nature (which is completely false) and not have to identify ones self or substantiate their accusation. I myself, in my personal dealings, have found Tim honest and trustworthy.
