Spocket Took our money but did not deliver our order and does not respond to support emails. Vancouver British Columbia

Spocket boasts themselves as a drop shipping marketplace. You connect your store, browse through thousands of products and with a couple clicks you can add them to your store. Brilliant idea! Except there is one problem. They don't actually deliver the goods to your customers and you end up having to deal with refunding customers money and working with them to choose different products. Creates a customer service nightmare and you lose your money.

We just launched a recent store and used Spocket. Within days of our launch we got 2 orders for products that were sold from dropshippers on Spocket. Fast forward a few weeks later and here is where we are:

  • Our credit card was immediately charged for the 2 items + fees that they don't really explain
  • We've sent multiple emails requesting an update, they responded to one email saying the items will ship today (but did not) and then stopped responding to us
  • We have 2 clients waiting for their items and complaining to us
  • Our clients are now threatening to file BBB complaints against us
  • They are also wanting to post negative reviewes online

For a brand new store, this is catastriphic. Our first clients are the most crutial of all as we rely on them being extremely satisfied with their orders and help spread the word.
