This company did not disclose they were a drop and ship company. Sold an item said to be in stock but did not notify that it wasn't. Item was purchased on 12/17/2008 with 3 day delivery option. Item was $8.50 shipping was $12.50 (to show how important this was).

I had to email to find where my item was on 12/22/2008. They responded (fairly quickly) telling me oops it won't be there it was out of stock and they "just got it in today". Why bother.... it was a Christmas gift for a dear friend and VERY important to my wife and I.

A simple email on the 17th or 18th Dec notifying not in stock would have left me enough time to find it elsewhere. If you had inventory you should know right a way that it is not in stock. Shame on this company for the position they have put me in.

Beware and shop from a namebrand store in the future, being a small business owner I thought this was an upscale boutique type pet supplier and wanted to help a small business as well as send the perfect gift.
