SPOKEABLE (owed by ANTONY WORKU) employed me and several other employees under false expectations. Salary payments were always later by days at first, then by a week until never paid at all inspite the reasurance of ANTONY WORKU himself that I was going to be paid in two difference ocations. Due to SPOKEABLE (owed by ANTONY WORKU) inability of paying my wages I fell into debt about to lose my apartment, getting my car repossed, missing Christmas with my family and getting my credit scored battered in the process while I was still receiving false payment delines from SPOKEABLE's (owed by ANTONY WORKU) HR Manager Virginie Benard until she just never responded again. Today SPOKEABLE (owed by ANTONY WORKU) officially refused to pay owed aages hiding behind the "you did not excecuted your job as expected" after they continuesly assured me that I Was going to receive payment that such accusation was never a brought up until I put serious preasure to get my money. SHAME on such companies that take advantage of its employess taking for granted the world of consequences that such actions can bring upon their employees.

The technology based marketing company based in Midtown is mounting up a long record of not paying its employees for months of hard work while continuously endangering their livelihood as well as leaving permanent consequences. Spokeable, which is lead by Antony Worku, under the umbrella of Worku Ventures began paying their employees late by days, then weeks, until eventually not at all. Employees were consistently reassured that they will receive their hard earned money within false time-frames and even in person by Mr. Worku repeatedly. Such promises went unfulfilled. Spokeable also takes advantage of Foreign Interns, mainly from France, that are uninformed of their rights in foreign soil pushing 40 hours a week shifts and leaving them unpaid after their internship as well feeling powerless now back in their country. As of today over 5 interns and employees remain unpaid carrying the consequences of having your expected salary never paid without a warning. After confronted by its employee Mr. Antony Worku boldly and suddenly hides behind the ambiguous claim that unpaid employees "were not performing as expected." Which leads many to wonder why, if his employee were failing to "perform as expect," he did not terminate their employment but rather let them continue to work for months, while repeatedly promising payments. Spokeable continues to hire new professional leaving behind a morbid trace of unethical practices and former employees struggling to recuperate from Spokeable's highly unethical behavior. For one of Spokeable's former upper management employee such realization came too late as he found himself on the verged of being evicted, getting his car repossessed his, his storage unit with all his valuable auctioned off and missing Christmas with his family as he continued to receive false payment time frames. Karma seems to be playing a tough note on them as well as the young company suffers from its noticeable lack of management and leadership causing employees eager to push the company forward to overlap in their efforts aimlessly without no sustainable growth. There is a clear lack of users utilizing the Spokeable app while their business partnerships raise skepticism. While the future of the Tech Arena in Miami seem bright, the future of this once promising company seem to fading away.
