Complaint Review: Spokeo

Spokeo I tried to cancel this and since the number that I was trying to find a name was disconnected it did me no good. So I wait until Monday morning only 2 days after using Spokeo and the phone number says they are in a meeting. I go to the email they gave me on the message and it tries to charge me $35 as a cancellation fee. I went through the terms and never was there a mention of a cancellation fee. Internet

This company does not answer their phones and say they are in a company meeting.  So the message they gave me to customer service for Spokeo is what I was going to use but they tried to charge me $35 as a cancellation fee which should not be done.  I have never paid a cancellation fee.  All I was doing was trying to get a reverse on a phone number that called me at midnight one day a few weeks ago.  I put in the number and got nothing.  I tried to call the number and it said it was disconnected.  I got no service from them but they think they can charge me $35 that is a bunch of BS.  I will not pay this.  I will try the number again later today but if they say they are still in a meeting then I know this is a scam!!
