When you test the company and enter a phone number or name, you will get a splash screen that claims they have found information -- but you need to register. When you register you soon find out they conduct Automatic re-billing.  In this instance I created an account, used pay-pal to pay. After my   PREMIUM account was created, I entered the phone number.. the response was "unable to provide name or address information on the number" but that it was a Cell number and who the carrier was.... DUH. 

So after trying a few more numbers I was finally greeted with the information "You have reached your reverse phone search quota. Please upgrade your account."  Keep in mind I purchased a "PREMIUM" account. So after digging around in the hidden verbiage, sure enough there it is you are limited to "20" looks ups a month so much for PREMIUM.  

In short this company promises what they do not deliver, but they do it in such way, that while morally or ethically  questionable-- it is none the less legal.  

Should be interesting as I try to cancel my account.
