beguiled by a Free Haircut coupon with only an expiration date (no restrictions on store location), which was distributed with an insert to my local paper, I obtained a haircut at the only local store in Augusta, GA; but, was denied the use of the coupon, with a statement that it was invalid at that location. This is intentionally deceptive, seeking to attract new business with the Free Offer, then denying validity of the coupon offer. This may generate substantial one-time sales; but, such practice does not bode well for continued business success, which relies on repeat business. So, my guess is that they exhaust the take from duped consumers, then move on to another community where they can restart the process. Such fly-by-night companies should be prohibited from the conduct of business and responsible parties, jailed.

It's apparent that you relish the notion that you are smarter than others; which means, obviously you're NOT. While on the road, I only had a phone directory which yielded the one Sports Clips location in Augusta, GA. Since, I have searched Google, which confirmed there to be only the one.
As for the coupon, copy posted; no where does it restrict the location. On the flyer from which the coupon was cut, was an announcement of the new Grovetown location; but, no stipulation regarding use of the coupon, only there. Many companies have promotions at all of their locations when celebrating a Grand Opening.
So, swallow your foolish pride; find you a toy, and occupy yourself.

- NO..it stated "Valid only Grovetown - Gateway Location".
I obtained a haircut at the only local store in Augusta, GA; but, was denied the use of the coupon, with a statement that it was invalid at that location
- Wrong again on multiple points. There appears to be 4 locations in Augusta. Also, if you had read the coupon you would see it stated to present the coupon before haircut. Had you done that, you would have found out it was not valid without spending a dime.
No I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any other similar company.
