Complaint Review: SPORTBET

Although betting and casino sites are not the most "legitimate" if you read the SportBet FAQ page and other info when you visit the site (as I did before I signed up) it states that money deposited to bet with can be credited back to your card. I deposited a small sum of money to be able to wager on the Kentucky Derby. Its a simple family tradition and I had moved and there was no off-track betting locally.

Later, when I tried to collect my earnings (still a very small amount) I went through weeks of emailing in order to give them the proper Identification that they require as well as trying to get my $$ credited to my card as the website states it will do.

The end result is that they have now told me they cannot process any type of credit and the only way they can send me my money is via Western Union which I have to pay a $13 service fee for.

If I had read THAT information when I signed up I would not be frustrated but since the website states it differently then I am angry because I never would have done this in the first place.

Their service was slow and unhelpful and you have to pay to get your money back. RIDICULOUS... PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE.
