Members of the Arcadia High football team ordered sweats fro Sportex in July 2012.  After a long delay, people began to contact the owner, Nausahd Hussein regarding the status of said order.  My personal response was to speak to the coach and that he would only deal with the coach.  When the coach contacted the owner, he was told that the sweats would arrive"Soon".  My personal investigation with this owner was met with anger.  He sent an email out to the coach (which was forwarded to me) that the sweats would be provided on November 29 or reimbursements would be made on the 30.  On top of that, he identified me by name and that my son would not receive his sweat due to the fact that I wrote incorrect and inaccurate things to him about his business practices.  He stated by email that I would re reimbursed by November 12 or 15.  A small number of said sweats were provided but the majority of the team did not receive either the sweat or the promised refund.  On top of that, my promised refund was not delivered.  The lack of integrity of this business goes without saying and I can provide emails from the owner regarding his "promises".  If you need sports gear, I strongly suggest that you shop somewhere else since I am not the only one who has neither the goods or a refund.
